What documents do I need for funding?

Bank statements (last 3 months) + driver's license + voided check. Most applications need nothing else.

Updated May 12, 2026

Standard document checklist:

  1. Last 3 months of business bank statements (PDF or CSV)
  2. Driver's license (front side) — for owner verification
  3. Voided business check or bank letter — for ACH deposit
  4. EIN (just type it in the form, no document needed)

For SBA loans or large term loans (>$250K), you may also need:

  • Last 2 years of business tax returns
  • Last 2 years of personal tax returns (for owners with 20%+ stake)
  • P&L + balance sheet (current year)
Pulse merchants
If you're on Pulse, we already have your bank-statement data via Plaid — you can skip the manual PDF upload for working capital products under $250K.
