About Bridge Capital AI LLC

Bridge Capital AI LLC is a Florida limited liability company headquartered at 1400 Village Square Blvd, Tallahassee, FL 32312. We operate the Pulse financial-intelligence platform and a business-funding marketplace at bridgecapital.io.

ISO / broker disclosure

Bridge is not a lender. Bridge is an independent sales organization (ISO) and broker that connects business owners with lenders in our partner network. When you apply for funding through Bridge, we forward your application (with your consent) to one or more lenders who underwrite and fund the deal. All credit decisions, terms, fees, and payment structures are set by the lender, not by Bridge.

Compensation disclosure

Bridge earns a commission from the lender when funding is provided. This does not affect the terms you receive — we represent you, not the lender, and we negotiate on your behalf. Commission rates vary by product and lender; we are happy to disclose our specific arrangement on any deal upon request.

We do not accept compensation contingent on you selecting a specific lender or product.

State licensing

Bridge operates in all 50 U.S. states. Several states require ISO/broker or commercial lender licensing — the most common are listed below.

  • California — CFL license [number pending operator update]
  • New York — NY-DFS commercial financing disclosure law (effective Aug 2023) compliant
  • Virginia — commercial financing disclosure compliant
  • Utah — commercial financing registration [pending]
  • Georgia — commercial financing registration [pending]
  • Florida — sales finance company registration [pending]

For a complete list of registrations or to verify a specific state, contact us at submissions@bridgecapital.io.

No personal credit guarantee

Bridge does not guarantee funding approval, approval amount, interest rate, or any specific terms. All decisions are made by the funding partner based on their own underwriting criteria.

Risk disclosure

Business funding products carry costs and risks. Some products (such as merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing) can have a substantially higher effective cost than traditional bank loans. Before signing, read all terms carefully, calculate your total payback amount, and confirm the impact on your cash flow. We strongly recommend consulting a financial advisor or attorney for material funding decisions.

APR and cost of capital

Some funding products quote a factor rate (e.g., 1.25) rather than an annual percentage rate (APR). Factor rates are not directly comparable to APRs — the equivalent APR depends on the holdback rate, daily payment, and term. For each offer you receive through Bridge, the lender is required to disclose:

  • Total funded amount
  • Total payback amount
  • Fees
  • Equivalent APR (in states requiring it) or factor rate + estimated APR
  • Repayment schedule

Always compare the total payback amount — not just the headline rate — when evaluating offers.

Pulse is not financial advice

Pulse insights, forecasts, and recommendations are informational toolsgenerated from your bank-transaction data. They are not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice. Pulse does not know your specific circumstances, goals, risk tolerance, or full financial picture. Always consult a qualified professional before making material business or financial decisions.
