Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Bridge is committed to making bridgecapital.io accessible to everyone, including people using assistive technologies. We design for keyboard navigation, screen readers, reduced motion, and high contrast.
Standards we target
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. This includes:
- Color contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for body text
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive elements
- Keyboard-navigable forms, accordions, and dialogs
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Skip-to-content link at the top of every page

Current state
We have completed an internal audit against WCAG 2.1 AA and have addressed every blocking issue identified. We have not yet commissioned a third-party accessibility audit — that is on our roadmap. We will publish the audit report here when it is complete.
Known issues
We are tracking these accessibility gaps and plan to address them in upcoming releases:
- The drag-and-drop kanban on
/admin/sales-pipelinedoes not have a keyboard-equivalent stage selector (admin-only, not a public surface). - Some legacy product-detail pages have not yet been migrated to the new design system and may show inconsistent focus behavior.
- Color contrast on a small number of secondary buttons is borderline at 4.5:1 in specific hover states — review in progress.
Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please tell us. Email submissions@bridgecapital.io with the subject line “Accessibility” and include:
- The URL where the issue occurred
- The assistive technology you were using (if applicable)
- A description of the barrier
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and fix high-severity issues within 30 days.
