Refund Policy

1. Summary

This page explains how refunds, trials, and cancellations work for Bridge Capital AI LLC services. The short version: Pulse starts with a free trial, you can cancel any time during the trial at no cost, and after the trial we offer prorated refunds in clear cases and honest discussion in everything else. Bridge’s funding service is free to you, so there is nothing to refund there.

2. Pulse free trial

New Pulse subscribers receive a free trial. The length depends on when you signed up:

  • Founding member trial — 90 days. The first 500 business owners to sign up for Pulse receive a 90-day free trial. We collect a card at signup but do not charge it during the 90-day trial.
  • Standard trial — 30 days. All subsequent signups receive a 30-day free trial under the same card-at-signup, no-charge-during-trial structure.

You can confirm your trial length and current trial day in your account billing settings at any time.

3. Cancelling Pulse during the trial

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. There is no cancellation fee and no obligation to keep your card on file after cancellation.

  • Cancel from your account billing settings, or by emailing the address in section 10.
  • Your access to Pulse ends at the close of the trial period after cancellation. No proration applies because no payment was taken.
  • Bank data and Pulse insights are retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you return, then deleted in line with the data-retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

4. Cancellation after the trial

You can cancel a paid Pulse subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for — you keep access through that period and we do not bill the next one.

  • There is no cancellation fee.
  • By default, the month you are currently in is not refunded — you keep access for the rest of it. If you believe the prorated amount should be refunded for reasons specific to your situation (extended service outage, misbilling, accessibility issue we failed to resolve), see section 5 below.

5. Refund requests for paid Pulse months

We evaluate refund requests honestly, on the merits, and within a reasonable time. We do not promise blanket no-questions refunds, because doing so would be misleading. We do promise to respond to every request.

  • Service issues. If Pulse was materially unavailable or broken during a billing period in a way we could not promptly resolve, we will issue a prorated refund.
  • Misbilling. If we billed you in error (wrong tier, double-charge, continued billing after a confirmed cancellation), we will refund the affected amount promptly.
  • Other cases. If you simply changed your mind partway through a paid month, we will normally let access continue to period end without billing the next one. We are happy to discuss exceptions — ask.

6. Bridge funding service

Bridge’s funding-match service is free to you. Lenders pay Bridge a commission when funding is provided. There is nothing for Bridge to refund on the funding side.

If you receive funding from a lender introduced through Bridge, the lender’s own cancellation and refund terms apply to that financing. Those terms are between you and the lender, not Bridge. See our Disclosures page for the ISO/broker relationship details.

7. Chargebacks and disputed charges

If you believe a charge is wrong, please email us first — we resolve almost every billing question within one business day. Initiating a chargeback with your bank before contacting us can pause your Pulse access while the dispute is investigated.

8. How to request a refund

  1. Email support@bridgecapital.io from the email address on your Bridge account.
  2. Include the date of the charge, the amount, and a one-line description of what happened.
  3. We aim to respond within one business day. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

9. Changes to this policy

If we materially change this policy, we will email active Pulse subscribers at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The version date below shows when this page was last updated.
