I didn't get my magic-link email. What now?

Check spam, then request a fresh link. If both fail, contact support.

99% of the time the link is in your spam/promotions folder. Search for "Bridge Capital" or "submissions@bridgecapital.io". If you still can't find it:

  1. Request a fresh link at /auth/login (rate-limited to 3 per 10 minutes)
  2. Mark our address as a contact — improves future deliverability
  3. If your bank blocks all email from non-whitelisted senders, ask them to allow submissions@bridgecapital.io

If none of that works, /help/submit a ticket and we'll provision a fresh link directly.
