Can Pulse see my bank passwords?

No. Plaid handles credentials in its own vault; Pulse never receives them.

Updated May 12, 2026

No — and this is non-negotiable. When you click "Connect bank" in Pulse, Plaid opens a secure overlay (their own UI, not ours) where you enter your bank credentials. Those credentials never touch Bridge servers.

Plaid uses your credentials to establish a token-based connection with your bank. After that, only the token is stored. If you ever revoke access, both Plaid and Bridge lose the ability to read your data immediately.

How to revoke access

  1. Sign in at https://my.plaid.com
  2. Find Bridge Capital in the list of connected apps
  3. Click Disconnect

Or do it from inside Pulse: Settings → Connections → Disconnect bank.
