How do I cancel my Pulse subscription?

One click in Settings → Billing. No-questions-asked. You keep access until your billing period ends.

Updated May 12, 2026

Sign in to Bridge OS → Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. One click. We do not require a phone call, an email, or a "retention specialist" conversation.

What happens when you cancel

  • You keep full Pulse access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges
  • Your data stays accessible for 30 days in case you change your mind
  • After 30 days, we delete your data (you can opt to delete sooner — see "Delete account")
During the 90-day free trial
There is no card on file during your trial, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing is ever charged automatically. If you do nothing, Pulse simply pauses after 90 days. You can re-activate any time within 30 days without losing data.
