Sign in to Bridge OS → Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. One click. We do not require a phone call, an email, or a "retention specialist" conversation.
What happens when you cancel
- You keep full Pulse access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges
- Your data stays accessible for 30 days in case you change your mind
- After 30 days, we delete your data (you can opt to delete sooner — see "Delete account")
Cancelling during the free year
If you cancel during your free year, no charge ever lands. You can re-activate any time in those 30 days without losing data.
