What's the refund policy?

Money-back guarantee in the first 30 days after your first paid charge. Email submissions@bridgecapital.io to request.

If Pulse doesn't help you in the first 30 days after your first paid charge, we refund the charge. No "find at least $300 of waste" caveats — if you tried it and it didn't click, we refund.

Email submissions@bridgecapital.io with subject "Refund request" and your account email. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original card.

Past the 30-day window we generally don't refund, but reach out anyway if there's a specific issue — we look at every case.
