How does Bridge handle TCPA / call consent?

We only call merchants who explicitly opted in. DNC requests are honored within 24 hours.

TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) governs how businesses can call or text consumers. Bridge follows a strict opt-in policy:

  • We only call merchants who explicitly checked the TCPA consent box at signup
  • Every call is recorded for quality + compliance (with verbal disclosure)
  • DNC (Do Not Call) requests are honored within 24 hours — we cross-check against the federal DNC registry every night
  • You can opt out any time by saying "stop calling" on any call, or via /email-preferences

If you believe you received a call without giving consent, email submissions@bridgecapital.io with "TCPA inquiry" in the subject. We respond within 24 hours and remove you from all outbound lists.
