What if my funding application is rejected?

We try multiple lenders. If all decline, we tell you exactly why and what to fix.

Updated May 12, 2026

Bridge submits your application to multiple lenders simultaneously — not one at a time. If the first lender declines, the others may approve. If all decline, we tell you the specific reasons (low revenue, recent NSFs, time in business, credit score, etc.).

Most common decline reasons + fixes

  • Time in business < 6 months → wait + reapply
  • Bank statements show NSFs → fix recent NSFs, reapply in 30 days
  • Low monthly revenue → grow first, or try smaller product (factoring)
  • Existing positions stacked → consolidate before reapplying

A decline today is not permanent. Most rejected applications get approved within 60-90 days of addressing the root cause.
