Pulse refreshes nightly between midnight and 6am ET. If your data is stale by more than 24 hours, here's the diagnostic order:
- Look at the top of your dashboard — is there a "Reconnect bank" banner? If yes → reconnect.
- Look at the last-synced timestamp in Settings → Connections. If it's > 48h old → reconnect.
- Check Plaid's status page at https://status.plaid.com — they have occasional outages.
- Reach out to support if none of the above explains it.
